Reliable Recruit are looking to hire several Production Operatives for work out of their manufacturing site on a temp to perm basisThe work will involve:Operating Various Machines on siteFeeding in raw materialsProduction work including Sheeting, Re-rolling, laminating and cutting of paperSafely Operating FLT on site when needed and assisting with despatch dutiesRecording any waste, defects or issues on siteMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentThe working times and pay:Monday to Friday08:00-17:00 with a 12:00 finish on Fridays30 min unpaid lunch each day with shorter breaks paid38 hours per week£12.52 p/h initially with increases available12 week temp to perm opportunityOvertime paid at x 1.
5 over 38 hours per weekVarious bonuses when perm including attendance bonusSkills/Experience Needed:
Candidates need previous experience operating and ideally setting machinesPrevious experience in a busy manufacturing site or as a production operativeAbility to work independently and as part of the teamFLT Counterbalance Licence desirable but not essentialIf you are interested in this roleplease apply with an updated CV.
