Digital Administrator

- Doncaster / Thorne

Stoneacre continues to expand at a rapid rate due to continued success with key recruitment opportunities at our Head Office based at Thorne near Doncaster.

Our Digital department has rapidly become one of the fastest growing departments within the business and as a result we are looking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic individuals like yourself to join our team and progress.

Our Digital department has a number of teams:

Digital Admin Team who supports both the Finance and Digital team, booking in appointments for both finance and car valuations and liaising with our dealerships and finance partners.
Finance Team that assist and support customers who are looking at obtaining a line of credit to purchase a vehicle through Stoneacre Motor Group

Each team within our Digital department provide a thriving and supportive working environment with an opportunity to develop career as well as provide an opportunity to work within a fun, friendly and encouraging team.

You will become a highly trained individual, focusing and developing your skill set.

The role:

Booking and chasing finance and digital appointments
Updating various different systems
Checking finance documents
Proof reading customers personal documents
Liaising with all of our dealerships and finance companies
Using the internal post service

Skills required:

Be able to prioritise and structure your own work/time efficiently
Excellent attention to detail
Be computer literate and be confident in using our in house systems
Be able to build rapport and overcome objections from dealerships and finance companies
Be able to plan and organise your daily activities
Be able to work in a fast pace environment and handle pressure well when needed
Be able to work well and support your team but also be confident to handle work by yourself

What we offer:

Mon-Fri between 97pm. Sat 95pm. Sun 10:304:30pm (1 in 2 weekends)
Onsite parking and canteen
Close to Thorne North train station (4/5 minute walk)
Salary up to £25000 depending on experience
