Description

A shift Leader required to work within a dementia care home experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Must have NVQ 3 or working towards this.


Duties include:


Allocation of care staff for all the requirements of the day to ensure the home runs effectively To provide the care staff with direction, leadership and support to ensure that all residents recieve person centred care in line with their individual care needs.

Administer and manage medications levels.

Communicate and liaison with visitors ,multi-disciplinary team members residents and families.

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay:
£12.00-£12.50 per hour


Experience:


  • Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Manchester (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Manchester: Relocate before starting work (required)
