The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project. Have experience in all schemes, including RC and Trad, working with or alongside main developers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from construction to completion
• Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors
• Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies
• Reporting and tracking status reports
• Proven background of delivering large new build residential projects from inception through to completion (RC / Traditional Build)
• Experience working with main developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Time management
• Decision making abilities
• Strong communication abilities
• Leadership experience
• First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS
• Excellent all round construction knowledge
• Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
