- Designing, building, and deploying highly scalable and secure applications on cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
- Automating infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Cloud formation, Packer, or Similar
- Implementing containerization strategies with Docker and orchestrating them with Kubernetes.
- Building efficient CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments and releases.
- Utilizing gRPC for efficient microservices communication.
- Collaborating closely with developers, security engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively identifying and resolving infrastructure and application issues.
- Staying ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps / Cloud Engineer role support a high traffic product.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
- In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Cloud formation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, and Groovy.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, Typescript, and Gradle (a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
