Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
£22,500 per annum plus benefits


You will investigate and resolve queries such as payroll errors, final settlement queries and salary rejections, and be the point of escalation for the business and onshore HR.

You will also be responsible for administrative duties within the Middle East payroll and final settlement team including triaging and maintaining the Service Now dashboard, updating the payroll checklist and updating the Shared Teams calendar.


Main responsibilities of the role include: Answering inquiries, educating, and bringing resolution at the earliest point of intervention within agreed SLAs and business rules. Work with sensitive data in line with the data protection legislation. Work with external suppliers such as SORAS and On Pro (Public Relations Officers) to support with third party pensions payments and administrative queries. Provide excellent customer service on all administrative guidance on transactional and payroll related queries. Capture and track all interactions with customers on Service Now, updating regularly and storing all the documents in personnel files. Understand the expectation of the customers and deliver a service that meets and exceeds customer's needs within policy guidelines.
