    An Aberdeen-based Operator has an opportunity for a Contracts Analyst to join their team in staff position.

    Responsibilities include handling contract purchase orders, processing quotation requests, managing vendor and invoice queries, supporting audit procedures, expediting document approvals with Adobe, maintaining insurance records, generating Power-BI reports, and fostering effective communication with internal departments and external entities to ensure smooth contract management and operational efficiency.

    It is desired applicants hold the below:

    • Degree level Business/Management or Law.
    • Ambition and drive to attain MCIPS accreditation
    • Oil and Gas SCM experience gained in Upstream operating and project execution environments with an Operator or with Tier 1 Contractor.
    • Knowledge of 'Contract to Close and 'Purchase to Pay' process in operating and / or project execution
    • Knowledge of Maximo or SAP procurement systems.
    • Knowledge of Power-BI reporting tool and Microsoft365, Microsoft TEAMS and One Note would be beneficial.
