    RequirementsAs the Business Partner for Manufacturing/SCM, you will drive transformation in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management through leveraging ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), MES solutions (e.g., electronic batch record management, MasterControl, labeling, serialization), planning, and surrounding digital solutions.

    You will lead system architecture and lifecycle management, closely collaborating with Business teams, DIT teams, systems and data architects, and partner with vendors to ensure the success of core business goals.

    Lead and transform solutions leveraging ERP, MES, and surrounding systems such as Serialization Management, LIMS, eMBR, and labeling, especially for vaccine manufacturing, in accordance with business and technology prioritiesLead and transform solutions leveraging ERP and surrounding systems such as Planning, especially for Supply Chain Management and CMO management, transportation, and ESG topics in accordance with business and technology prioritiesLeverage excellent subject matter expertise in the areas above, communication, teamwork, and governance skills to resolve challengesResponsible for application maintenance and support for Dynamics SCM areas and expected to deliver business continuity leveraging external system integration partnersDevelop and maintain Digital & IT roadmaps in alignment with business strategic plans within Product Supply globally and regionally while evaluating standard solutions (especially ERP and MES components) to maximize investmentsCollaborate and harmonize with other Digital & IT functions, especially architects, to maximize business values while ensuring strategic alignment, compliance, security, and technology standardsPlan, execute, and close Digital & IT projects to realize business goals in corporation with the business/IT functions and partner vendorsTransition solutions to service operation functions while developing system operation plans and providing knowledge transfer in corporation with stakeholdersTake part and/or coordinate to analyze, design, implement, and test change requests in corporation with the business/IT functions and partner vendorsTake part and/or coordinate to resolve escalated incidents in corporation with the business/IT functions and partner vendors while reporting to the Value Stream Lead and stakeholders promptlyProvide leadership and technical expertise in Supply Chain to identify and solve complex issues and/or challenges in the development and delivery of new and existing solutionsQualificationsA minimum of 5 years' experience leading global applications and transformation deliveryEssential knowledge in MES (MasterControl, Labware) and/or ERP (Dynamics 365).
