Basic Salary £26,000 with 30 Days Holiday exclusive of Bank Holidays

Our client a leading professional membership body with 21,000 members is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor for their offices in Central London with hybrid working 2 Days at the Office, 3 Days at Home
If you are a customer service advisor, customer service executive, call centre operative ideally for a professional body, chartered institute, trade association, membership body, university, awarding body, training company, further education, higher education,corporate, subscriptions or similar we would love to hear from you.
The Role
We are looking for a strong team player and multi-taker with excellent organisational skills and great customer service experience.
Person Specification
Essential
Experience working in a high-volume inbound call role
Substantial experience of working in an office environment
Experience working with phone payments
Experience working with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service
Experience of communicating and organising with a variety of staff
Excellent administrative skills and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Mail merge, Databases, and the Internet
The ability to show initiative, multitask, problem solve and meet tight deadlines
High level of accuracy in all work with excellent attention to detail
