What to expect:

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape & drive the implementation of the largest technical transformation project within Europe.

You will be responsible for consulting with the wider business and our Postmasters, for deployment of our New Branch IT System (NBIT) across our network of 11.5k branches.

Working closely with the Retail function, this role will be responsible for managing the full end to end roll out of the programme including; business communication, Postmaster engagement, Training and scheduling release for network deployment.

    What you'll need to succeed:
  • To be successful in this role you will be a change expert; with proven experience leading transformation engagements within a large scale, complex retail franchise model. You will possess;
  • Technology implementation experience across large-scale implementation programmes, including the consolidations, management and tracking of the integrated workstreams and identification of risks and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills including experience of Comms and engagement strategies
  • Significant stakeholder management and strong people management skills
  • Experience at large cost and budget management
  • Strong Business Change experience within a large organisation, ideally in a regulatory environment.
  • Understanding of Agile management framework.
