Description

Exciting new opportunity as a Customer Service Administrator within the Customer Service team in an established and forever growing Umbrella Payroll business based in Watford.


  • The ability to work within a fastpaced environment
  • The drive and flexibility to manage large amounts outbound calls
  • Great initiative and the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Good level of IT skills and experience with Microsoft
  • Ideally some knowledge on payroll but not a necessity
This role is hybrid, mostly working from home - two days in the office


It would be great if you have experience working within an Umbrella company so that you have an understanding, but there is training available if not.


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Watford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service (preferred)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Watford
