Description

Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are recruiting a Senior Analyst for a manufacturing business based in Weymouth.

Reporting to the Manager, you will have prime responsibility to perform and assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and capital expenditure planning in the Supply Chain Management process.

This will include:

All Operational Inventory, working closely with the materials team to ensure accurate inventory valuations including calculating and reviewing obsolescence provisions
Accurately meet monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
Analysis and review of material margins
Review of indirect spend, variance analysis and proactive cost management
Assisting with the annual budget plan
Participation in the financial forecasting process and provide monthly, quarterly and annual outlook and track variances within Supply Chain
Review the monthly rolling forecasts
Ad hoc financial projects

A full qualification (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with experience of costing and inventory in manufacturing or part qualified/QBE with proven relevant experience would be considered.

Experience of working with SAP or other ERP systems and advanced Excel wouldbe essential, together with good communication and analytical skills.
