    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree from a leading schoolFinancial Services industry expert with specialization in one or more areas of Lending, Wealth Management, Asset Management, and InsuranceDemonstrated experience in leading consulting engagements blending strategy, operating models, and technology, to delivering new age propositions across the business value chain.

    Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detailAptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.

    Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindsetExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team.


    English language fluentPreferred Qualifications:


    MBA from a leading business school12-15+ years of consulting experienceFinancial Services industry expert with specialization in one or more areas of Lending, Payments, Wealth Management, Asset Management, and InsuranceStrong facilitation skills; excellent oral and written business communication skillsExperience of working in AgileProficiency with Process modeling tools such as ARIS / Visio / BizagiLean & Six Sigma Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory)Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service.
