Job description:

Major Players are working with a b-corp drinks brand who are best knows for their memorable TOV and sustainable approach They're looking for a highly organised and driven individual to join their operations and creative team in running the day-to-day artwork, packaging & label admin and comms across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience from a HUGE brand and heighten their FMCG experience

Responsibilities:

Own and manage the administration process across packaging and barcodes
Manage timelines across delivery, artwork and operations
Prioritise requests and tasks to meet SLA's
Maintain communication across internal, external and 3rd party communication including packers, suppliers and factories to ensure seamless process
Report into the Head of Ops any issues
Ensure high organisation throughout the operations process
Shadow and support Senior Account Managers with ongoing projects
Create reports to keep track of ongoing operational tasks

Requirements:

2+ years' experience in an FMCG / Label Packaging / Artwork / Retail environment
Experience using Excel
Comfortable with admin
Highly organised with fine attention to detail
Clear communicator both written and verbal
Confident multitasker and works well under pressure
