I'm partnering with an organisation in Glasgow as their digital team go through an exciting period of expansion due to new projects and exisitng work being extended.

To assist with this growth, they need an Engineering Manager who can come in and drive delivery / set standards / people manage & lead a team of 6-8 engineers. The vast majority of this role will be hands off.

You will come from a technical background to ensure you can understand developers mindset, situations they face and help with code reviews and similar tasks related to the technical aspect of the developers role. Tech wise they use Java / React/ iOS & Android for web and mobile development.

This is a hybrid position, with 1-2 days per week required on site with the team.
