Information Governance Support Officer:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Council's Information Governance Service as a IG Support Officer within our Member Enquiries team.

This role is required to assist the Council in managing our council wide MP and members enquiry's (ME) function.

The post holder will provide advice and guidance to staff and members for the effective answering of ME's as well as ensure we effectively deliver our ME casework function.

Knowledge and experience of casework management is essential as is the use of an electronic case management system.
