AM2PM are recruiting for an experience receptionist to join one of our client's team based in Aston Birmingham.


Role:
Our client are an established used car dealership based in Birmingham, who are seeking a full-time receptionist.


In this role, customer focus will always come first to you and you will take the time to talk to people, building a genuine rapport to ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales team.

A real people's person, you should come across as effortless and genuine when talking to our customer.

Putting our customers needs at the heart of absolutely everything and focusing on delivering industry leading standards of customer care, service and satisfaction at all times, your role will require you to play a full and active part in the day to day running the dealership.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Handling the following promptly and efficiently:
  • Telephone enquiries,
  • Dealing with enquiries on social media. Knowledge on using social media,
  • General administrative duties and daily tasks,
  • Keeping our website up to date with new stock, maintaining website appearance,
  • Keeping the office organised, keeping all customer facing areas clean and tidy,
  • Handling documentation and filing, after sales service, handling customer complaints with empathy and professionalism,
  • Dealing with warranty repairs, liaising with Finance companies & handling customer personal data,
  • Managing new vehicle arrival processes.
  • In charge of point of sale on all cars advertised, assisting with car preparation such as sourcing/ordering vehicle parts using part numbers and liaising with suppliers.
  • Organising hand overs with customers, ensuring all documentation required is all processed and ready for the customer to take away and arranging warranty cover.
Working hours - Tuesday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. Saturday 10.00am to 16.00pm.


Salary:

  • £11.00 PH

Holidays:

  • 28 days including bank holidays
