    The Opportunity:

    Do you want to own and drive the success of @toniandguyworld and @labelmworld? We're on the lookout for an avid Social Media Manager to inspire, educate and motivate our audiences through our social media channels.

    An opportunity awaits for a talented individual to develop and execute best-in-class social media channels. The role will report to the Head of Marketing and sits within the Media team, working closely with Digital Marketing, PR, CRM, Media and Design.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Content Strategy

    Develop and implement a comprehensive global social media content strategy aligned with the overall Marketing Calendar.

    Develop visually rich content that proves to be powerful in influencing our consumer decision-making process when booking or buying from our brands.

    Apply out-of-the-box thinking to content styles that are aligned with the brand's identity and marketing objectives across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

    2. Content Creation

    Generate original, consumer-friendly, high-quality content that showcases TONI&GUY services and LABEL.M products

    Collaborate with hairstylists, influencers, and brand ambassadors to showcase the latest trends, hairstyles, and LABEL.M product features.

    3. Campaign Management

    Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote TONI&GUY services, events, and LABEL.M product launches.

    Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise engagement and reach.

    4. Community Engagement:

    Foster a vibrant and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.

    Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage audience participation.

    5. Brand Consistency:

    Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing initiatives.

    6. Salon Network Support:

    Work closely with the salon network, supporting the onboarding and management of up to 140 salons on a scheduling tool. Create a content strategy that intertwines branded and natSocial Media Manager - TONI&GUY and LABEL.M Haircare

    7. TikTok Shop Management

    Stay current with TikTok trends and leverage the platform to create engaging and shareable content.

    Own and manage day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop from product set up to analytics and reporting.

    Provide recommendations on driving revenue through regular analysis of customer sell-through, inventory and KPIs

    Define strategic partnerships with key influencers/content creators and manage collaborations.

    Work directly with the Account Managers at TikTok to continuously optimise strategy.

    8. Trend Analysis:

    Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation and social media strategies.

    Implement innovative and trending ideas to keep TONI&GUY and LABE.M Haircare ahead in the digital landscape.

    9. Performance Analytics

    Utilise social media analytics tools to track key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimise content strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (3-4 Years Experience) or similar role in the beauty or fashion industry.

    Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

    Proficient in shooting and editing content.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics.

    Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
