    Our partnership at Heathrow continues to grow and as such the Costain Heathrow team are looking for a Mechanical Design Manager to join the team working with the Senior Mechanical design manager at Heathrow Airport within the ARP portfolio managing all Mechanical and Interface packages.

    The scope of the works is growing for Costain at Heathrow, the Mechanical packages are varied across the ARP Programme. ARP has 3 key projects.

    Rail

    Terminal

    Tunnel

    Rail - The mechanical works in the station include new HVAC Systems Fire dampers / DX / VRF / BMS /BEMS

    Terminal – Chilled water pipework replacement, chiller and colling tower replacement, commercial works around retail office building unit fit out.

    Tunnel – The contracted scope in the tunnel is to install a new cladding system, we need to co-ordinate the design around the existing mechanical services.
