Teaching Assistant - Full-time

Location:
Manchester Primary Academy.

Salary:
£90 - £110 per day DOE.

Working Hours: 8:00 - 16:00.
Tempest Education are recruiting for several Teaching Assistants to join a flourishing Primary Academy based in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

Engage with students on a one-to-one basis, as well as in small groups, to provide targeted support

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures the development of key skills and knowledge

Support students with their learning activities, including assisting with assignments, reading, and other educational tasks

Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members, maintaining effective communication channels

Contribute to the planning and implementation of educational activities, helping to create engaging and interactive lessons.

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience working within EYFS/KS1/KS2

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students and colleagues

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
:

-
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students and the Academy environment.
