Description

A Leicestershire based Local Planning Authority consisting of urban and greenbelt areas has a requirement for a Senior Planner to work in one of their key area teams.

Duties Include;

Conduct site visits
Negotiate S106 agreements, discharge of conditions and finalise reserve matters.
Draft detailed committee reports
Manage appeals
Attend consultation events
