Description
A leading manufacturer has a new vacancy for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team.

You will be responsible for liaising with all customers ensuring market leading customer service is provided at all times and efficient coordination of the Field Service Engineers.

You will ensuring that all Customer Service Level Agreements are met, managing through from start to completion and building long term relationships with key customers.


Commutable from:
Northampton, Daventry, Lutterworth, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes, Towcester.

Salary:
£ 20,000 - £ 22,600 p.a. + benefits

Customer Service Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Service Administrator, Customer Administrator, Account Coordinator, Sales Administrator, Account Coordinator.

The Role

Answer and logging customer calls on breakdowns and defects.


Prioritise, allocate and distribute work to Field Service Engineers ensuring jobs can be completed to agreed deadlines in order to meet KPIs.

Organise service schedules and follow up work schedules where required.

Preparing repair quotations and estimates in conjunction with the parts department.

Organise engineer holiday schedules ensuring adequate coverage of workload.


Liaise with the parts department regarding back orders and delays which may affect job completion dates and update customers accordingly.

Organise and coordinate any workshop repairs.

The Person

An effective communicator, you will be able to prioritise workload and have good attention to detail. You must be driven and have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
