Main duties:
Air import & Air Export

Sea Freight Exports

Cross trade sea & air movements

Liaising with Westbound China offices where required

Liaising with our nominated fulfilment warehouses located in the UK, US and EU

Liaising with all local Uk suppliers:
Liaising with Customs Dept to arrange customs clearances for air imports

Liaising with our own and other 3rd party ERTS and general warehouses

Liaising with local transport companies to organise final mile deliveries

Liaising with airport brokers/agents to arrange airport handing and release of air shipments

Import customs entry experience

Bill of Lading Experience

About you:
Good telephone manner

Good work ethic

Exceptional time keeping

Happy to go above and beyond when required

Will have customer service experience

Experience with Amazon import clients would be advantageous

Internal systems used:
FCL (Forward Computers Freight System)

Outlook

Word

Excel

Destin8 system

Google docs

About us:

Based in our Basildon HQ, we provide a nice, newly purchased and renovated office environment, with a break out area which encompasses a modern kitchen, self-serve coffees machines, microwave, fridge/freezer.

Also use of a TV, Pool table, ping pong table plus an arcade machine. There is also use of showers and a Gym coming soon.

Package/Benefits:
Salary will be dependant on experience from £28,000, after 3 months probation there will be a contributory pension, NHS top up health scheme, after the first full year of employment an extra day per year capped at 25 days excluding bank holiday

Fulltime:
Monday-Friday 8.30am to 17.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
