Deputy Nursing Home ManagerWatton, ThetfordUp to £55,000I am looking for an experienced Deputy Manager for a fabulous Nursing Home in Watton, Thetford.

The home has 70 beds and has been refurbished to provide a luxurious, modern and comfortable home offering residential, dementia and nursing care.

• Work alongside the Home Manager, managing and having responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements
• Ensure the service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support experiencing life opportunities helping to promote growth and independence
• Deal with the day to day running of the home in the absence of the Home Manager
• Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care programs within the homeFor this great role you must have:
• A nursing qualification with an valid UK Pin
• Previous experience of working as a Deputy Home Manager
• The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
• A good working knowledge of CQC standards
• The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals/ families/ visitors and staffing teamsIn return you will receive:
