- Account Management – to assist Relationship Directors in providing a consistently high level of service to new and existing customers by completing credit applications, undertaking detailed financial analysis, taking ownership of the end-to-end credit journey and monitoring existing exposure.
- Industry Awareness – develop a good working knowledge and understanding of the Property market in the UK, including what other real lenders are doing.
- Workflow Management – to manage and prioritise work commitments to meet team objectives.
- Brand Awareness – using existing and new contact networks actively promote the Leumi UK Property Finance brand through a variety of channels including attending in person industry related events.
- Risk Management – demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of Leumi UK's credit policy with an ability to identify and manage risks appropriately for both new and existing loans; together with all AML, operational, conduct, data protection, IT and other related risks.
- Communication and Presentation – to be able to interact with customers, colleagues and professionals using a multitude of communication and presentation methods.
