We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Multi Skilled Operative to become part of our dedicated team of tradespeople.

You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and refurbishment projects, in mostly void MOD houses around Oxfordshire. This position offers a diverse range of tasks, ensuring that each day brings something new.

Due to the role being mobile, a company vehicle will be provided.

Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

Planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Assisting with quality checks and compliance
Carry out kitchen & bathroom upgrades
Assisting with general refurbishment and repair works
External repairs such as fencing and groundworks

What are we looking for?

Previous multi trade experience
Full UK driving licence
Ability to pass security clearance
Initiative to work independently when required
