We don't just want to face the future we want to shape it.About the Role Reporting to the Deeds Manager, carry out all related task to provide a deeds management service to the fee earners in relation to deeds scheduling, extranet sites updates, requesting and updating deed packets etc.
- To relate accurate information to users on the progression of their work
- Build relationship with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations
- Schedule deeds and update deed packets as requested by clients
- Check incoming deeds against schedules prepared by other side
- Maintain deed packets in relation to movements
- Assist fee earners with maintenance of extranet sites
- Request deeds from or send deeds to offsite storage
- Add new deeds onto the records management system
- Undertake project work as directed by fee earner or Deeds Manager
- Use various records management systems and software packages
- Capture and relay to the relevant teams all action points arising from customer feedback and team meetings ensuring continuous improvement to customer standards
About You:
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Document and Records Management Systems
- Basic understanding of Real Estate practice and the legal industry
- Have fast and accurate keying skills
- Display meticulous attention to detail
- Have the ability to communicate at all levels
- Competent to work independently or as part of a team
- To be outwardly professional toward all clients
