Note:
This role would be based for our Manchester branch.

We are looking to hire a hard-working, customer-oriented shop assistant. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

An outstanding shop assistant should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve exceptional customer service at all times.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Ascertain customers' needs and wants.
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
  • Welcome and greet customers.
  • Manage pointofsale processes.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£20,869.00-£21,900.00 per year

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
