    Environmental Manager

Champion, coordinate and promote Environmental and Quality Management throughout the UK (to include ISO14001 EMS, (waste management, energy/carbon management)) to enhance the UK Sustainability performance and raise profile and awareness of Environmental and Quality Management amongst UK employees, customers and stakeholders

    Maintain and develop Environmental and Quality Management Systems across the UK, working with local management to ensure continued certification including leading internal and external audits

    Develop, maintain, implement and support procedures and measures to ensure compliance with all applicable Environmental legislation

    To provide advice and support to all departments and customers regarding environmental management processes (eg toner cartridge recycling programmes, carbon management, carbon reduction initiatives etc) to ensure that Ricoh UK, and customers environmental responsibilities are fulfilled

    To work proactively with Ricoh Europe to ensure alignment with regional and global processes including best practice sharing with colleagues across the EMEA region

    Support and contribute to the wider ESG activities including those within the Community Investment arena

    Both lead ESG/Risk & Compliance projects and work as a team member on such projects as appropriate

    Contribute to bid/tender submissions where required and for awards/accreditations externally where applicable (eg Responsible Business Tracker) and internally within RFG (global & EMEA region)

    Work proactively with external consultants and support the wider ESG team in collecting data from across the business to help satisfy the yearly renewal of our Carbon Reduction Plan
