We're looking for a Trainee Administrator to join the Commercial team on the Eastern construction business


Location:
Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire


Contract:
Permanent, full-time


This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job and gain exposure to a wide variety of tasks and once you have completed your training, there is opportunity to progress your career into administration and in time you could become a Senior administrator.

Responsibilities


As a Trainee Commercial Administrator within our Eastern & Midlands region, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support with a specific focus on the Commercial Team, which is made up of Commercial Managers and a growing team of Quantity Surveyors.

Experience is not essential for this role and all training will be provided.

Your day to day will include:

  • Processing Sub-Contractor payment notices.
  • Assisting in the management of cash.
  • Collating and issuing meeting packs.
  • Processing meeting minutes.
  • General administrative duties and office duties

  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work with strong attention to detail.
