We're looking for a Trainee Administrator to join the Commercial team on the Eastern construction businessLocation:
Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire
Contract:
Permanent, full-time
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job and gain exposure to a wide variety of tasks and once you have completed your training, there is opportunity to progress your career into administration and in time you could become a Senior administrator.

Responsibilities
As a Trainee Commercial Administrator within our Eastern & Midlands region, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support with a specific focus on the Commercial Team, which is made up of Commercial Managers and a growing team of Quantity Surveyors.
Your day to day will include:
- Processing Sub-Contractor payment notices.
- Assisting in the management of cash.
- Collating and issuing meeting packs.
- Processing meeting minutes.
- General administrative duties and office duties

- Ability to work on own initiative and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work with strong attention to detail.
