- Managing existing and new client relationships.
- Responsible for the smooth management of the entire end-to-end process including completion of selection and invitation to sub-contractors.
- Organise installations meetings and attend operations meetings to ensure the contracts are run smoothly.
- Studying the requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company's goals and industry regulations
- Coordinate and project manage all parties involved in the process to ensue everyone is aware of the level of contribution expected of them and the set deadlines
- Draft written responses drawing on operational input, previous submissions, specifications, policy research to ensure commercially the company is not exposed.
- Liaising with wide variety of internal resources in order to collate relevant information to ensure a high quality.
- Write bespoke content for submissions.
- Ensure all commercial documentation is clear, concise, crucial, compelling and meets all the scope criteria in contract specifications.
- Ensure the contract documentation is properly formatted, collated and presented in a professional and timely manner in line to support the QS team.
- Proofread written documentation prior to submission as required.
- Prepare program submissions for review and approval, ensuring that the submission is fully reviewed ahead by relevant Directors and or managers ahead of the deadline.
- Ensure all contractual documents or examples of delays are stored and recorded in a clear and detailed manor for further use and review by the QS team.
- Participate in meetings as required.
- Manage the installation teams and provide support to the operations and commercial managers to suit.
- Computer skills – Microsoft Office suite.

Our client is a leading External Envelope contractor based in southern England.
Having secured a number of medium to large commercial projects our client is seeking an additional experienced Contract Manager to help with the very demanding workload; you will need to be prepared to travel to for example London, Midlands and the South West.
Job Purpose:
The role of the Contracts Manager is to ensure contracts are run in line with the overall sales strategy. The role requires a strong leader who can clearly communicate a vision, provide direction and motivate others to work collaboratively across the business and with clients to ensure our scope of works is completed to a high standard within a project managed way.
