Description

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Processing customer orders and taking payments
  • Answering calls and handling customer enquiries
  • Processing quotations for customers
  • Managing the company mailbox
  • Correctly and efficiently log information on the CRM system
You will be responsible for building great relationships with contacts and customers to provide an excellent customer experience. You must be proactive and organised with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks in order of importance.
