    About the role: £28,000 basic salary with - OTE up to £50,000 based on Comms & Bonuses.

    We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our sales team, this is a key role for the business. You are likely to be the first person our client comes into contact with, and your warmth, consultative approach and credibility, you will ensure we can continue to offer these services to more schools, MATS and Educators.

    • Research organisations and individuals to find/develop new opportunities
    • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
    • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs,
    • Be warm and approachable to build relationships and promote services
    • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
    • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events – Learn and understand what is happening within the market
    • Develop quotes and proposals for clients
    • Ensure that business growth and sales targets are met or exceeded
    • Research tender opportunities and working with team members to respond as appropriate
    • Work closely with the marketing department to generate leads
    • Maintain client records and pipeline using CRM
    • Be a good listener and make the client feel valued.
    • Work with the various teams to develop new ideas or new ways of promoting our services.
