Social Staffing Solutions are looking for passionate Children's Home Registered Manager for a new permanent role based in Chorlton, Greater Manchester.

This is to join an existing/new provider of a 3 bed EBD Ofsted Registered home.

A minimum of 5 years' Working in Residential Childcare

• NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
• Must have a "GOOD" or 'OUTSTANDING within the last two years OFSTED Inspections

Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements

• Meeting all budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets
• Matching potential Young People with the current residents
• Ensuring Young People have a positive influence from the staff team through your leadership and management of the home.
