What the job involves

As an Analyst, you will be reporting to the Head of Client Services and will support all aspects of IR.

Preparing marketing materials such as investor presentations, private placement memorandums, pitchbooks, investor presentations, PPMs, RFPs and DDQs
Conducting market and competitor research
Carrying out bespoke quarterly investor reporting and preparing audit requests
Responding to adhoc client inquiries in a timely manner
Assisting with the creation of content for investorrelated events such as AGMs, LPACs and quarterly calls
Working on technology development and act as CRM platform manager

Who we are looking for:

Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations or in a placement agent, asset management firm, investment bank or accounting firm
Knowledge of or exposure to private markets is beneficial, but not required
Good financial acumen, able to disseminate complex data into investor friendly content
Highly organised with excellent project management skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English
Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
