- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Engineers, supervising every aspect of the installation and deployment process of IoT monitoring devices.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for site assessments, installations, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety guidelines.
- Work closely with the Product Development and Customer Success teams to improve product features and client satisfaction.
