As a renewals co-ordinator, you will be working alongside Softcat AM teams for some of our largest customers to provide a renewals process from onboarding the customer through to producing monthly renewals trackers and reviewing these with the customers.

The ARMS ("Advanced Renewals Management Service") provides a tracking of renewals, a process for engagement with stakeholders, and reporting, to enable clients to effectively manage and achieve the optimum technical and commercial outcomes from software and hardware support renewals.

The ARMS provides visibility, prioritisation, accountability and demonstrates value around renewals.

This new role will form an essential part of our project to build a range of value-added services for contracted customers to drive customer satisfaction, retention and growth.

The role is an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of this new venture and will provide excellent progression opportunities as we onboard new customers.


As Renewals Coordinator you'll be responsible for:

  • Deliver verbal and written communications with account managers and suppliers.
  • Prioritisation of renewals based on the Client.
  • A renewals module matrix showing what activities Softcat will deliver (where appropriate) for each prioritisation category
  • A renewals schedule which tracks suppliers, renewal dates, accountable owners, prioritisation categories and renewal stages
  • Quarterly outcome reports showing cost savings, cost avoidance and value added benefits obtained from the renewal

We'd love you to have

  • Experience in dealing with customers and handling their renewals.
  • Selfmotivated and possess a "can do" attitude.
  • Good time management, attention to detail, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with AMs and partners.
