    Description

    An opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen of highly successful restaurant in West London.

    Predominately straight shifts, working in a well-equipped open planned kitchen.

    The restaurant has a menu that changes regularly and serves seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is produced in house. You'd be helping to lead, develop and retain a kitchen team of 20 Chefs, overseeing services of up to 150 covers +.

    Desired skills and attributes:

    • Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a busy restaurant
    • A passion for Mediterranean/Italian cuisine
    • Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety
    • A positive leader who will promote a sense of collaboration
