    Applications are invited for the following post: Locum Consultant in General Anaesthesia for 6 months extendable to a year. There are 2 posts.

    This post is advertised to support the anaesthetic department at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The post holder will share a 1:20 General on call at the Hull Royal Infirmary site.

    The anaesthetic department provides services across two hospital sites, Hull Royal Infirmary (HRI) and Castle Hill Hospital (CHH). All paediatric and neonatal services are based on the Hull Royal Infirmary site as are all obstetric services. There are 68 consultants within the department who provide in excess of 30,000 anaesthetics per year to a vast range of surgical specialties and many other clinical areas. The post has been developed to support expansion in surgical workload within the Trust.
