About our client
We are working with a highly entrepreneurial firm focusing on investments in the UK. The team is highly experienced, both as investors and operators, and work closely with management teams across services/tech sectors.

It seeks to make a material impact ongrowth and profitability, aiming to be the first private equity investment on deals.

With in-depth sector knowledge across key industry sectors, the team have a wealth of expertise to offer and work in partnership with the portfolio.

The team is small anddynamic, and by nature more entrepreneurial.

It is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Investment Manager to join the team and contribute to all aspects of the business.

What the job involves:

Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
Play an active role in origination efforts

Who we are looking for:

Prior experience within private equity, venture capital or growth investing
An entrepreneurial mindset with understanding of, and transaction experience within, the UK midmarket
An affinity to work closely with entrepreneurs / founder led businesses
Strong interpersonal and team working skills and an ability to thrive in a small team environment. Able to learn quickly and engage with external parties confidently
