Salary:
£25, contractual overtime and travel time = earnings of £40,000 as a minimum

What will you be doing?

This is a permanent position for Veolia but you will be based on one of our clients' sites who have one of the most advanced refineries in Europe.

This position is of great importance as it is the direct link between the workforce management and client.

Responsible for Team Leaders, LGV Drivers and Operatives
Liaise with site planners, engineers and asset members to plan resources and provide solutions
Undertake regular audits (Safe Visits) and complete regular tool box talks.
Compile all KPIrelated data and assist in the improvement in KPI performance
Communicating with client personnel, developing the relationship and performance
Inspection and control of all daily worksheets
Attend Drivers compliance meetings
Inspect vehicles on weekly basis including vacuum hose inspections
Ensure compliance with weekly call out rota and Driver Regulations

What are we looking for?

Knowledge of fleet management and CPC
Experience working on COMAH or industrial sites
Good IT skills experience with producing reports
