Housing Repairs Customer Services Advisor – Temp £18.52 per hourThe main duties of the Housing Repairs Customer Services Advisor will include:
To provide a single point of contact for those contacting the council about housing services and repairs.
To ensures that customers receive a timely and positive response to their contact, achieving performance targets and high rates of satisfaction.
To respond to customer enquiries at the first point of contact from a variety of customer access channels, including telephone, email, web, social media, and post.
To deliver a consistent, reliable, customer focused service, ensuring value for money and responsive services to anyone contacting the council and to act as a positive role model for all staff.
The ideal Housing Repairs Customer Services Advisor will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:Experience of working in a customer service centre environment or similar customer service focussed organisation, interacting with customers to deliver high quality servicesExperience of working in a similar Housing Repairs role is desirableExperience of working in a fast paced and high-pressure environmentExperience of dealing with challenging customersExperience of working to and achieving challenging performance and quality targetsExperience of working with MS Office and other software packagesONLY SHORT-LISTED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED
