    Housing Repairs Customer Services Advisor – Temp £18.52 per hour
    • West London / Hybrid London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Housing Repairs Customer Services Advisor to join their Repairs team at their Hammersmith offices.
    This is an ongoing temporary role to start ASAP and will pay £18.52 per day PAYE. This is a hybrid role and will involve working 2-3 days at their offices in Hammersmith.

    The main duties of the Housing Repairs Customer Services Advisor will include:
    To provide a single point of contact for those contacting the council about housing services and repairs.

    To ensures that customers receive a timely and positive response to their contact, achieving performance targets and high rates of satisfaction.

    To respond to customer enquiries at the first point of contact from a variety of customer access channels, including telephone, email, web, social media, and post.

    To deliver a consistent, reliable, customer focused service, ensuring value for money and responsive services to anyone contacting the council and to act as a positive role model for all staff.

    The ideal Housing Repairs Customer Services Advisor will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
    Experience of working in a customer service centre environment or similar customer service focussed organisation, interacting with customers to deliver high quality servicesExperience of working in a similar Housing Repairs role is desirableExperience of working in a fast paced and high-pressure environmentExperience of dealing with challenging customersExperience of working to and achieving challenging performance and quality targetsExperience of working with MS Office and other software packagesONLY SHORT-LISTED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED
