About Us:

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London


These are:

Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James's Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.

We also manage other important public spaces including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens.

Our eight Royal Parks and other public spaces are among the most visited attractions in the UK with 77 million visits every year.


We are currently seeking a Recruitment Advisor, to join us on a permanent, full-time basis working 36 hours per week.

The Role:


As a Recruitment Advisor, you will support the delivery of successful recruitment campaigns across our organisation by providing advice and support to hiring managers.


Specifically, you will help write engaging job descriptions and person specifications, oversee recruitment advertising and provide support through the selection process, including interviews.


Providing excellent leadership, you will co-ordinate our HR Administrators' daily tasks, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and oversee their development and training.


Additionally, you will:

  • Manage and improve our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Negotiate rates with recruitment agencies
  • Support the HR team with the induction and onboarding process

About You:

To be considered as a Recruitment Advisor, you will need:

  • Experience of working within a busy recruitment function
  • Experience of advising managers about recruitment and selection best practice
  • Experience of managing an ATS and using data to inform recruitment decisions
  • The ability to provide constructive feedback on each stage of the recruitment process
  • The ability to create and edit engaging, accurate job descriptions and adverts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of managing a small team would be highly beneficial as would a CIPD qualification.
