Care Coordinator (Bank)

We are looking for a new member of the team to join us in our friendly Holes Bay office in Poole, on a casual basis.

We hope to build a team of Bank Care Coordinators who can support our team with holiday and sickness cover.

Work will be offered to the team of Bank Care Coordinators and awarded on a first-come-first-served basis.

What does the role involve?

Dealing with incoming calls from carers and clients.
Putting together rotas.
Helping Care Support Workers in the field through busy workdays.
You will need patience, and the ability to focus on delighting our clients at home.

Hours and salary
- £11.91 (standard) - £13.61 per hour (evenings and weekends)

Shifts on a first come first served basis.
Evening shifts to be worked from home. Equipment provided.

Training

You will need to be available for training shifts during the day for at least 3 x 6 hour days, Monday to Friday, between the hours of Timings and days negotiable.

Person specification

Essential

Care experience (adult social care or childcare).
Positive and enthusiastic for a new opportunity.

Desirable

Specific Care Admin/Coordinator experience.

A DBS and two references (one from your most recent employer) are needed for this role to comply with CQC requirements.
