    Job Purpose


    • Ensures efficient document control structure, flow of information (internal and external) and implementation on a project
    • Provides reports to project management
    • Single point of contact for client on information management and documentation in projects

    Job Description


    • Ensures contractual requirements related to document numbering, filling and hand over are implemented on the project including confidentiality requirement as per the TechnipFMC procedures
    • Performs documentation planning, in cooperation with project planners and project engineering management as appropriate. Performs follow up activities as necessary to produce revised plan
    • Follows up on information management activities and documentation status and performance in cooperation with project in order to secure project milestones. Reports deviations and propose actions across interfaces
    • Ensures proper interface with the client according to project coordination procedures
    • Defines the distribution matrix in coordination with the project team
    • Identifies and gives input to Variation Orders (VORs), documentation status reports, areas of concern etc. on a regular basis to appropriate and relevant project and discipline management
    • Ensures training of Document Controllers on EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)
    • Performs project closing activities according to Company procedures and contractual requirements
    • Identifies and gives input to improved methodology for execution of document control work to manager of documentation group

    You are meant for this job if:


    • High school diploma (Bachelor's degree in Information Management preferred)
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in similar role
    • Professional English
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to identify process weaknesses and make recommendations to process and workflow improvements to reduce costs and/or increase quality and/or efficiency
