About the role:

Your responsibilities:

- leading an R&D team accountable for delivery of NPD/EPD/BDI projects through effective planning and management of functional work.
- developing technical product strategies to support/deliver short-term and long-term innovation.
- technical problem solving and solution oriented approach to enable achievement of project milestones.
- proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the category with respect to new technologies, procedures and/or processes
- development and motivation of individuals and team through appropriate training, coaching and support

The experience we're looking for:

Ability to deliver NPD/EPD projects inline with consumer insights
Proven project management skills with prioritisation and innovative problem solving.
Strong influencing skills and ability to establish a broad network across multiple functions
A leader with a strong focus on team and individual motivation and development
