Technical Support Engineer
Gloucester
£30,000 - £44,000 DoE
Requirements:
- Knowledge with at least two of the following
- PDH/SDH, GPON, Cellular/Wireless and LTE, IP Networks/Infrastructure.
- Familiar with the range of test equipment including optical power meters and light sources, BERTs, cellular scanners and mustimeters.
- Experienced in fault finding methodology.
- Experience with remote management platforms.
- Telecommunications related courses/qualifications.
Additional Attributes Required
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with both customers and suppliers.
- Ability to work part of a team or autonomously.
- A good worth ethic with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
