Acquired Talent are proud to be supporting one of Europe's fastest growing FinTech's and a leader in Payments.

With an established client base in the UK and Europe, our client is going through a rapid period of growth and product transformation.

With over $100m in funding, they are poised for continued expansion and are seeking an experienced 'Head of Product - Payments' who, reporting into the Chief Product Officer, will support in the transformation of the Product team (operations, processes, structure) and continued development of innovative Payments products.

Successful candidates will poses;3+ years leading Payments products at Head or Director levelExperience driving product development and innovation within a scale-up environmentHave worked with regulators and payment partners (e.g. Pay UK, BofE, JPM)

Be highly knowledgeable of domestic and international paymentsHave experience of working closely with Engineering and establishing effective processesHave grown and led high preforming teams of cross functional Product squads/tribes Location:
London (Hybrid - 4 days per week in the office)

Package:
