We are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join an Adult Safeguarding Team.ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER, REGISTERED WITH SOCIAL WORK ENGLAND About the team You will be expected to complete assessments and reviews with a person-centred, holistic approach to focus on working with a person's strengths to ensure their independence as much as is safe.
Preventative measures are key to help reduce the risk of further harm or loss of independence for a service user.
About you The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience in either safeguarding or community-based environments. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
