About Kilsaran Financial Planning:

Kilsaran Financial Planning takes the time to listen and understand what is needed and offers expert, trusted financial advice.


Established in 2015 by financial expert Stephanie Beddis, Kilsaran Financial Planning tailors their service and solutions to suit every individual's needs, time and overall circumstances.

Stephanie has recently started to increase the number of companies she helps by offering complimentary financial wellbeing consultations.


Your new role as the Administrator:
In your new role, you'll be working with the business owner, a financial adviser. Your role as their Administrator is to support the day-to-day running of the Practice.


It's a widely varied role which includes:

  • Regulatory requirements (lots of training available so please don't worry if you've not worked in a regulated sector previously);
  • Client support/customer service;
  • Data Input;
  • Contacting pension providers to gather information;
  • Premeeting administration;
  • Welcoming clients to the office; and
  • All the things that need to happen so the Practice's clients are well looked after promptly

What does success look like?


If you're working well with the Partner, this will mean you'll rarely see them as they'll be out with clients and nurturing potential new clients.

_If you need to have lots of face to face contact with your Line Manager this may not be the right role and environment for you_


About your background and what you bring to the table:

You're an experienced and detail-focused administrator, who:

  • Good letter writing skills
  • Exploring, learning and implementing new systems, so good PC/computer/systems skills are a must
  • Supporting one very (very) busy business owner

Additionally, it's crucial that you have the following:

  • Solid organisation and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills (inperson, written and by phone).
  • Strong numeracy skills you don't need to be an accountant, but being able to spot discrepancies in an invoice or paperwork is vital.
  • Strong English literature and grammatical skills
  • IT/PC skills, including picking up new systems and platforms easily.

Salary:£24,000 (full-time equivalent salary)

Prorated salary:Prorated salary for 21 hours per week is up to £14,400 per year _(dependent on experience)_

Bonus: Bonus based on performance (to be discussed in interview)

Based:Aztec West, Bristol (parking space provided)

Working hours:Monday (10am-4pm) then Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (10am-3pm)
